The App-to-app issue has been resolved. Users should no longer experience any difficulties re-authenticating their connection and/or adding their account.

App-to-App authentication is available for Crédit Agricole, but it is currently malfunctioning. When users attempt to re-authenticate their checking accounts, an error message appears after they log into the Crédit Agricole banking app.
The issue has been reported to Crédit Agricole's PSD2 teams, and we are currently working with them to resolve the situation. As a workaround, we recommend users perform their authentication or add their accounts via a web browser if possible.
